2. Manage inventory and logistics; organize necessary equipment and layout of the technical area.
3. Apply methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen to optimize daily operations.
4. Monitor project indicators.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Continuous Improvement.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong practical and listening skills in team interactions.
3. Dynamic, resourceful, with proven ability to unite teams.
4. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in an industrial setting through internships or summer jobs is advantageous.

Pursuing BAC+4/5 in relevant fields.
