1. Conduct sourcing of content for creation teams from suppliers to provide swift solutions that meet stylistic desires.
2. Promote reuse, circular creativity, and eco-friendly materials.
3. Maintain a constant watch on market innovations in Objects and Accessories and share supplier innovations with stylists.
4. Organize and manage orders and supply of content necessary for product prototyping, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements.
5. Ensure budget compliance by tracking and updating orders in PLM.
6. Coordinate sourcing activities between Style and Suppliers during the creation phase.
7. Communicate critical elements for risk analysis to the project team.
8. Ensure alignment of Content strategy with project objectives.
9. Facilitate collaboration between style and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive collection within the allocated budget.
10. Execute technical development of Content with suppliers.
11. Formalize needs through master design and draft specifications considering product usage.
12. Analyze technical risks of projects and implement actions to mitigate them.
13. Define, refine, and validate Content design with suppliers.
14. Determine and validate acceptance criteria, production, and control processes.
15. Validate Content quality and usage by analyzing laboratory performances and assessing aesthetic conformity.
16. Contribute to resolving production incidents with suppliers and workshops.
17. Conduct tenders and negotiate optimal purchasing conditions with suppliers.
18. Allocate markets in collaboration with the flow manager if necessary.
19. Ensure delivery schedules of new materials and motivate suppliers to meet project objectives.
20. Coordinate production launches and supply of necessary quantities for referencing with project managers.
21. Update tracking tools (CCPM, PLM, SAP).
22. Participate in the development and deployment of the purchasing strategy for the Content supplier panel.
23. Build relationships with suppliers and manage their capacity and quality improvements.
24. Challenge suppliers through negotiations, value analysis, or re-sourcing to achieve productivity gains and optimize purchasing costs.
25. Actively support production workshops in managing supplies and contribute to resolving supplier incidents.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. 8 to 10 years of successful multidisciplinary experience in roles involving creative and industrial teams.

3. Ability to analyze and mitigate technical risks.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
5. Familiarity with PLM, SAP, and other tracking tools.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
