1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
2. Master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
3. Advise clients effectively, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
5. Build genuine relationships by identifying client needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
6. Collaborate with the Client Experience team to ensure a seamless client journey.
7. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
8. Proactively reach out to clients to achieve sales goals and support business strategy.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $23-28, plus commission opportunities.
