1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
2. Master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
3. Advise clients on product selections and brand offerings.
4. Utilize clienteling tools to cultivate long-term client relationships.
5. Build genuine relationships with clients, identifying their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
6. Serve as the client's first point of contact, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
7. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing events.
8. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

4. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate of USD $23-27, plus commission opportunities.
