1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience within the store.
2. Build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
3. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
4. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
5. Achieve individual and team goals while ensuring back-of-house efficiency.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within luxury retail or hospitality.

2. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Hourly rate of USD $25-28, plus commission opportunities.
