1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
2. Master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
3. Advise clients on brand offerings and product categories.
4. Utilize clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
5. Build genuine relationships with clients, determining their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
6. Serve as the client's first point of contact, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
7. Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to enhance the client experience.
8. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events.
9. Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
10. Ensure back-of-house efficiency and support the business strategy.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics.

A minimum of three years in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Hourly rate of USD $24-28 plus commission opportunities.
