1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
2. Master brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all product categories.
3. Utilize clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.
4. Serve as the client's first point of contact, setting the tone for their in-store experience.
5. Build genuine relationships with clients, directing them to appropriate departments and services.
6. Collaborate with the Client Experience team to enhance the overall client experience.
7. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
8. Proactively reach out to clients to support business strategies and enhance client experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

2. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
3. Proficiency in managing client appointments and events.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Hourly rate of USD $24-28, plus commission opportunities.
