1. Manage and track press component orders and material release requests.
2. Follow up on component technical sheets.
3. Monitor delivery timelines.
4. Enter technical sheets into the PLM system.
5. Manage and update development tracking tables.
6. Coordinate PLM entries: technical sheets, pricing, warnings, and material interfaces.
7. Prepare, track, and receive shipments via DHL/courier.
8. Extract data from PLM.
9. Manage the Master Components Binder.
10. Assist in preparing and sending components to manufacturers.
11. Aid in archiving component materials for each collection.
12. Update the PLM photo database.
13. Track invoicing processes.
14. Manage press repetitions and celebrity orders: order placement, color development initiation, and timeline tracking.
15. Perform daily administrative tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year at a Fashion/Style School.
2. Previous experience in ready-to-wear and fashion industry.

1. Strong fashion and luxury industry sensitivity.
2. Technical product knowledge.
3. Understanding of collection development processes.
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Beginner level experience in the fashion industry is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion/Style.
