Louis Vuitton Compliance Manager

- Lead and organize compliance governance related to Sapin II Law and Duty of Vigilance across the Maison, in collaboration with industrial divisions and the Group.
- Develop and implement internal control systems ensuring compliance with Sapin II Law and Duty of Vigilance, promoting continuous process improvement and risk identification.
- Coordinate and engage teams involved in compliance frameworks within various industrial divisions and geographical areas.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of audits related to Duty of Vigilance, providing a consolidated view of control maturity and risk exposure.
- Supervise and support the development of internal controllers and manage external auditors for supplier audits related to compliance themes.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in audit and internal control, preferably in an audit or consulting firm, with at least three years in an international company.
- Strong leadership skills and a keen interest in operational matters.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders and geographical areas.
- In-depth knowledge of key regulations such as Sapin II Law and Duty of Vigilance, and ability to assimilate new standards.
- Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically within a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in audit and internal control, with a preference for experience in both audit firms and international companies.
