- Review and audit bi-weekly payroll pre-checks to ensure accuracy in new hire information, pay increases, garnishments, and other payroll-related data.
- Collaborate with the LVMH Payroll team to process bi-weekly payroll for assigned regions.
- Enter exceptions, transfers, and adjustments in the time and attendance system to comply with state-specific PTO and final pay laws, alongside LVMH policies.
- Audit compliance with wage and hour regulations and mentor management on appropriate actions.
- Process weekly payroll audit reports to support the Compensation & Benefits team.
- Administer benefit programs, including enrollment for medical, dental, life insurance, employee assistance programs, retirement, and other applicable plans.
- Partner with third-party vendors on employee relocations.
- Serve as an escalation point for HR Business Partners on complex benefit issues.
- Participate in the annual benefits Open Enrollment process, connecting with employees and auditing enrollment and eligibility reports.
- Provide quality customer service by addressing benefit inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, payroll, and time away from work.
- Support employees in using timekeeping, onboarding, and self-service systems.
- Partner with Retail Managers to complete the new hire onboarding process, ensuring timely setup in timekeeping and HRIS systems.
- Act as a point of contact for training, coaching, and escalated issues for Compensation & Benefits coordinators.
- Provide recommendations and feedback for HRIS development projects.
- Ensure accuracy of data for the LVMH Social Report by analyzing results.
- Support the Payroll & Benefits manager with ad hoc projects related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Minimum 3-4 years of human resources experience in HRIS or Payroll, preferably in a retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-directed and results-oriented.
- Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Team player.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Annual salary range of USD $87,000 - $90,000.
