- Manage team schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Oversee departmental billing, budget management, and supplier communications.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
- Act as the primary contact for messages, calls, and inquiries, prioritizing and filtering as necessary.
- Handle complex files with diplomacy and discretion.
- Safeguard and manage confidential information with integrity.
- Prepare logistical arrangements for new hires, including equipment and access credentials.
- Welcome and integrate new team members, conveying the company's culture and practices.
- Contribute to specific projects related to Compensation & Benefits based on interest and expertise.
- Manage allocations for France and international subsidiaries, ensuring eligibility and updating records.
- Coordinate with payroll, supply chain, stores, warehouses, and HR for beneficiary inquiries.
- Administer medical assessments and manage annual billing for eligible employees in France.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Organized and solution-oriented.
- Adaptable and reliable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.

- Excellent service orientation and empathy.
- Proficient in digital tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
