Louis Vuitton Compensation & Benefits Analyst

- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce and compensation data for HR controlling activities.
- Participate in key processes such as salary review campaigns and budget processes.
- Conduct market studies and participate in compensation surveys to assess competitive practices.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of compensation databases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislation.
- Provide support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits queries.
- Contribute to the internal communication of compensation and benefits policies.
- Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits policies and programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and propose improvements.
- Contribute to cross-departmental HR projects.
- Stay informed about legislative developments and market trends in compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR data analysis, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and modeling.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
