- 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR data analysis, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and modeling.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
