- Coordinate SAP purchase orders and invoice follow-up for the HR department, including vendor creation.
- Prepare and manage HR certificates and vouchers, such as seniority certificates.
- Update organizational charts monthly for the Mediterranean region in both PDF and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with employee registrations on the UCAGECI platform for El Corte Inglés.
- Maintain accurate and updated physical and digital employee archives, including contracts and personal files.
- Support new joiners in completing the onboarding process, including benefits registration.
- Revise the online talent database to register, unregister employees, and update organizational changes.
- Conduct pre-employment declarations, enrollments, and de-registrations with service providers.
- Manage benefits platforms for employees in the region, such as internal group private sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law.
- Graduated from most recent studies within the past 3 years.
- Eligible to sign a 'contrato de prácticas'.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Agile and adept at handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Trustworthy, with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector, or in an HR department.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law.
