- Support the design, implementation, and management of the Mediterranean Compensation & Benefits strategy to enhance competitive market positioning and ensure talent attraction and retention.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and provide market insights to support business decisions and meet mandatory reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper management and functioning of benefits and wellbeing policies in the region.
- Contribute to the annual salary increase and Individual Compensation Review (ICR).
- Compile and review people-data across the region to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations.
- Design and create comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual social reports on main HR indicators for corporate and auditors.
- Prepare and follow up on main HR indicators and relevant KPIs such as absenteeism, turnover, and staff flexibility.
- Supervise eHR projects to ensure optimization and efficient functioning of C&B tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law.
- Eligibility to sign a 'contrato de prácticas'.
- Graduated from most recent studies in the past 3 years.
- Proficient in Spanish and English; French is an advantage.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Service-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of trust and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with a good understanding and interpretation of figures.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of human resources experience in a Compensation & Benefits or HR project management role, preferably within a retail environment and an international company serving multiple countries.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Law.
