1. Collaborate with the Change Management team within the Tech department to implement impactful communication strategies.
2. Update and manage the internal newsletter, involving research, interviews, writing, layout, and editing.
3. Produce diverse content for various platforms including newsletters, internal social media posts, photos, videos, visuals, and infographics.
4. Manage the daily operations of the Tech intranet space, ensuring updates and monitoring usage.
5. Animate and engage with the Yammer and Teams communities within the Tech teams.
6. Organize and plan international communication campaigns, including email, print, and e-learning initiatives.
7. Coordinate event branding and logistics for events such as talks, webinars, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
8. Engage with a variety of tech topics such as Responsible Digital, Cybersecurity, Data, and Digital Workplace.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Digital Communication, Digital Communication and Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Proactive, creative, meticulous, organized, and adaptable.

1. Proficiency in graphic and multimedia design tools, including the full Adobe Suite and Vyond.
2. Familiarity with M365 tools such as Yammer and SharePoint.
3. Strong communication skills across oral, written, visual, and digital mediums.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress in relevant fields.
