1. Optimize methodologies, schedules, and resources for inventory management and reconciliation.
2. Ensure high-quality digital images and data for intuitive and efficient research.
3. Implement projects to enhance management processes and tools.
4. Coordinate collection reconciliation and propose post-reconciliation strategies.
5. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing heritage collections.
6. Define human and financial resource needs and manage the department's budget.
7. Oversee the main reserve site and establish policies for reserve and exhibition site management.
8. Supervise the collections and exhibitions management service.
9. Coordinate major international exhibition projects in collaboration with the Events Department.
10. Manage the production of exhibitions at the future cultural venue in Paris.
11. Enhance the archives managed by the Neverfull Registry, ensuring responsive and reliable service.
12. Secure and ensure proper conservation of internal and external reserves.
13. Lead projects to support growth and optimize processes for continuous improvement.

1. Advanced degree in heritage management, museology, archival science, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles involving collection and project management.
3. Proficiency in financial management principles.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
