- Secure and ensure proper conservation of internal and external reserves.
- Lead projects to support growth and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
- Advanced degree in heritage management, museology, archival science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles involving collection and project management.
- Proficiency in financial management principles.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Leadership and responsibility.
