1. Assist in the conservation and valorization of collections under the supervision of the Heritage Management Supervisor.
2. Prepare and verify selected pieces for internal and external projects.
3. Support the administrative management of artworks, including data entry of locations and movement tracking.
4. Conduct inventory, verification, and organization of heritage pieces and scenographic materials.
5. Participate in preventive conservation activities such as packaging, receiving deliveries, and maintaining climate conditions.
6. Create custom packaging solutions for storage, including tailored covers and padded hangers.
7. Accompany artworks during loans within Paris.
8. Assist in the preparation of internal and external exhibition projects, including verification, condition reporting, handling, and packaging.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program, preferably in conservation or collection management.
2. Experience in a public or private heritage institution is preferred.

2. Adaptability and versatility.
3. Attention to detail, proactive approach, and methodical work style.
4. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Entry-level experience, preferably with exposure to a heritage institution.

Master's degree in progress, focused on conservation or collection management.
