1. Develop and implement strategies for preventive conservation and restoration policies.
2. Oversee restoration schedules, including administrative and operational follow-up.
3. Establish and monitor climate control systems for storage and exhibition sites.
4. Organize packaging and storage of new acquisitions, identifying needs and implementing projects.
5. Draft and update work procedures related to packaging and processes.
6. Input and update collection data in the database, including condition reports and handling information.
7. Manage logistics for internal loans and the availability of pieces for visits, shoots, and viewings.
8. Ensure accurate tracking of movements between and within sites, organizing logistics.
9. Conduct inventory of scenographic materials such as pedestals, mannequins, and crates.
10. Manage outsourced transportation related to collection processing.
11. Supervise packing/unpacking and handling operations for exhibitions.
12. Assist in installations, photo shoots, and events.
13. Draft condition reports and ensure their archiving.
14. Assist in exhibition preparation, including dimension checks, labeling, and inventory.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
2. Strong knowledge of art logistics and preventive conservation principles.
3. Proficiency in computerized collection management tools.

1. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
3. Adaptability and proactive approach.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, demonstrating excellence, precision, and creativity.

Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management or related fields.
