Louis Vuitton Collection Management Project Manager

- Develop and implement strategies for preventive conservation and restoration policies.
- Oversee restoration schedules, including administrative and operational follow-up.
- Establish and monitor climate control systems for storage and exhibition sites.
- Organize packaging and storage of new acquisitions, identifying needs and implementing projects.
- Draft and update work procedures related to packaging and processes.
- Input and update collection data in the database, including condition reports and handling information.
- Manage logistics for internal loans and the availability of pieces for visits, shoots, and viewings.
- Ensure accurate tracking of movements between and within sites, organizing logistics.
- Conduct inventory of scenographic materials such as pedestals, mannequins, and crates.
- Manage outsourced transportation related to collection processing.
- Supervise packing/unpacking and handling operations for exhibitions.
- Assist in installations, photo shoots, and events.
- Draft condition reports and ensure their archiving.
- Assist in exhibition preparation, including dimension checks, labeling, and inventory.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of art logistics and preventive conservation principles.
- Proficiency in computerized collection management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and proactive approach.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, demonstrating excellence, precision, and creativity.
Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management or related fields.
