1. Perform CNC and conventional turning operations.
2. Ensure precise machine settings.
3. Inspect the quality of produced parts against technical specifications.
4. Conduct first-level maintenance on equipment.

1. Technical training (CFC, Bac Pro, or equivalent) in turning, mechanics, or micromechanics.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in horology or connectors.

1. Proficiency with CNC machines, knowledge of Tsugami machines is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail, precision, and rigor.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
4. Motivation and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
5. Autonomy and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the watchmaking or connector industry.
