- Inspire and establish a clienteling culture within the store to drive business and support commercial priorities.
- Achieve clienteling targets, including appointments, share of OTO turnover, and repurchase rates.
- Recruit new clients and re-engage existing ones through strategic initiatives.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using available tools.
- Monitor and analyze client purchase behaviors in collaboration with HQ and Store Management.
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams for data management and client profile merging.
- Actively support the store with MY CR Requests.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and foster cross-selling among the team.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or clienteling roles.
- Understanding of user experience and consumer experience.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Proactive leadership style.
- Excellent client development skills.
- Business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Agility and resilience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or clienteling roles is required.
