1. Inspire and establish a clienteling culture within the store, aligning with commercial priorities to achieve assigned targets.
2. Drive the achievement of clienteling targets, including appointments, share of OTO turnover, and repurchase rates.
3. Actively recruit new clients and engage in re-engagement programs.
4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, utilizing available tools.
5. Monitor and analyze client purchase behaviors in collaboration with HQ and Store Management.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Performance and Training teams for data management and client profile merging.
7. Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and visible presence.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

1. Understanding of user and consumer experience for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
2. Strong communication and listening skills

8. Proficiency in Russian and English
