Louis Vuitton Clienteling Intern

- Assist in managing CRM processes and implementing clienteling initiatives for store teams and client services.
- Prepare and analyze monthly statistics and quarterly reports.
- Conduct customer segmentation and create targeted customer lists to support action plans.
- Maintain the customer database and assist in the introduction of new CRM tools and features.
- Independently conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks.
- Support the planning and organization of private client activities and provide administrative support for international event planning, including agenda creation and travel arrangements.
- Occasionally assist the clienteling event team with in-store events and animations.
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks, such as travel planning and bookings for clients, preparing presentations, sending client gifts, and designing invitation cards and event materials.
- Collaborate closely with other departments in the head office and stores, and assist in managing external service providers.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, (International) Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in marketing, CRM, or retail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and results orientation.
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, creativity, and attention to detail with a sensitive approach to interpersonal interactions.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
