Louis Vuitton Clienteling Event Intern

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing client events in stores and private client activities.
- Manage and independently oversee external service providers, including communication and briefing.
- Prepare action plans and presentations, and create briefings for service providers and store teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to events, including research, setting up, and managing new service providers.
- Conduct post-event tasks, including invoice handling and budget management support.
- Contribute to CRM process management and implement sales-promoting clienteling measures for stores and client service.
- Compile and prepare weekly statistics and quarterly reports, including competitor and event reports.
- Perform customer segmentation and create target-specific customer lists to support action plans.
- Undertake general administrative and operational tasks, such as travel planning and presentation preparation.
- Provide occasional support to the Clienteling (PCR) team.
- Collaborate closely with the Paris headquarters, local head office departments, and store teams.
- Pursuing or completed studies in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, (International) Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in Marketing, CRM, or Retail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and result orientation.
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Pursuing or completed studies in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, (International) Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
