Louis Vuitton Clienteling Event Intern

- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of client events in stores and private client activities.
- Manage and independently coordinate external service providers, including communication and briefing.
- Prepare action plans and presentations, and create briefings for service providers and store teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to events, including research, setup, and management of new service providers.
- Post-event follow-up, including invoice handling and budget management support.
- Contribute to CRM process management and the implementation of sales-promoting clienteling measures for stores and client services.
- Create and compile weekly statistics and quarterly reports, including competitor and event reports.
- Conduct customer segmentation and create target-specific customer lists to support action plans.
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks, such as travel planning and bookings, and presentation preparation.
- Provide occasional support to the Clienteling (PCR) team.
- Collaborate closely with the Paris headquarters, local head office departments, and store teams.
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, (International) Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in marketing, CRM, or retail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Strong commitment, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, creativity, and attention to detail, with a keen interpersonal sensitivity.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
