Louis Vuitton Clienteling Development Intern

- Animate the Clienteling topic for CSC Europe, ensuring all opportunities are maximized and team members are well-equipped and trained.
- Support the Digital Client Development Manager EMEA in various client service initiatives.
- Assist in organizing Clienteling actions and managing databases, including reporting and client list extractions.
- Provide public relations and communication support, including press reviews, event coordination, and social media campaign monitoring.
- Monitor Clienteling KPIs and drive necessary actions.
- Manage the organization of virtual bridges and optimize ICON usage.
- Analyze client base and provide insights and performance reports to CSC teams.
- Assist in developing action plans in collaboration with other departments based on the Maison’s priorities.
- Implement contact strategies to reengage clients based on profiles and segments.
- Adapt tools and content according to strategic priorities.
- Assist in private client relations for top VICs in the region and in international events.
- Explore reporting opportunities for the Clienteling team and share KPI reports with relevant departments.
- Liaise with the EMEA team in Paris with continuous progress reporting.
- Analyze clientele dynamics and identify development opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement required.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required.
