Louis Vuitton Clienteling Development Intern

1. Support the Digital Client Development Manager EMEA of Louis Vuitton Client Services Europe.
2. Assist in the organization of Clienteling actions.
3. Manage database and perform administrative tasks such as reporting and extraction of targeted client lists.
4. Provide public relations and communication support, including weekly press reviews and coordination of press trips/events.
5. Monitor Clienteling KPIs and drive actions when required.
6. Organize virtual bridges.
7. Optimize and improve ICON usage and support managers in embedding it within teams.
8. Analyze client base and provide insights and performance reports.
9. Assist in developing action plans based on the Maison’s priorities.
10. Implement contact strategies to reengage with clients based on their profiles.
11. Adapt tools and content according to strategy and priorities.
12. Assist in private client relations for top VICs of the region.
13. Provide assistance on international events.
14. Explore reporting opportunities for the clienteling team and share KPI reports.
15. Liaise with the EMEA team in Paris with continuous progress reporting.
16. Analyze clientele dynamics and identify opportunities for development.

1. Bachelor or master’s internship agreement from school required.
2. Fluent in English.

2. Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills.
