Louis Vuitton Clienteling & Communication Intern

- Compile weekly and monthly reports on clienteling activities, including outreach, appointments, and contact rates.
- Extract, follow up, and analyze data using various software tools such as Client Analysis Tool, Marketing Target, and Salesforce.
- Create and distribute clienteling tools to stores, including templates, pictures, and lookbooks.
- Animate the clienteling community through diverse communication channels and audiences.
- Manage phone attribution for store teams, coordinating with HR and IT, and oversee invoicing across eight countries.
- Monitor media publications and press clippings, providing weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, managing monthly calls, press days, launches, and trips.
- Liaise with stylists and the Paris office for shooting coordination, including look requests and delivery follow-ups.
- Coordinate influencer loans and gifting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with retail operations and clienteling strategies.
No prior experience required, though experience in retail is considered an asset.
Internship agreement provided by universities is mandatory.
