- Lead and coach a team of 4 Team Managers and 50 Client Advisors to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and implement individual and team goals, assessing performance and providing feedback.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Oversee client development initiatives, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team, inspiring and motivating them.
- Supervise daily operations, optimizing client satisfaction through efficient handling of inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
- Collaborate with regional offices to align client services with market trends and store operations.
- Design and execute action plans to enhance business growth and product performance.
- 10+ years of management experience in a call center or service environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English; experience with UK clientele is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Office Suite, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
- Superior coaching and development abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex service level challenges.
- Analytical and quantitative proficiency.
- Comfortable in a multicultural and international setting.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
