- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding products, purchases, inventory, repairs, and complaints.

- Plan and execute clienteling activities, including outbound calls to clients.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods.
- Proficient in Japanese; additional language skills are advantageous.
- High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications or training are a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for effective complaint resolution.
- Basic computer skills, with CRM system experience preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience under pressure and stress management.
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury product sales.
High school diploma or higher.
