1. Provide exceptional client experience through various communication tools such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

4. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding products, purchases, stock, repairs, complaints, and store-related questions.
5. Communicate the excellence of Louis Vuitton products and conduct sales.
6. Plan and execute clienteling activities, including outbound calls to clients.
7. Build trust with clients to enhance their loyalty to the Louis Vuitton brand.

1. Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury products.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Experience in customer service or client support.
4. Problem-solving skills to address client issues and complaints effectively.
5. Basic computer skills, with experience in MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and client needs.
7. Ability to work as part of a team towards common goals.
8. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
9. Fluency in Japanese is essential; proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
10. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Minimum 3 years

High school diploma or higher education.
