1. Ensure the seamless daily operations of the Call Center in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Lead and own the delivery of a luxury, customer-centric experience.
3. Contribute to and assist in achieving all sales and KPI targets.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients by effectively managing their expectations and needs, including resolving issues.
5. Collaborate closely with retail stores to enhance client satisfaction and meet their needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or luxury retail; fresh graduates are also welcome.
2. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

3. Proactive with a strong team spirit and the ability to take initiative.
4. Ability to thrive in a call center environment with a strong passion and commitment.
5. Good computer literacy.

At least 2 years of extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 3 years.
