1. Deliver extraordinary service on inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and chat messages.

3. Address general and account-specific inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
4. Utilize tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring first point of contact resolution.

1. Diploma or Degree holder in related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or a call center environment

3. Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
4. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or challenging situations
