- Ensure the seamless operation of the Call Center in alignment with the company's business strategy.
- Handle client requests through phone calls and written communication channels.
- Drive sales results by initiating outreach communications with clients.
- Lead and deliver a luxury, customer-centric experience.
- Contribute to achieving all sales and KPI targets.
- Develop relationships with clients by effectively managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Collaborate closely with stores to enhance client requests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or luxury retail, particularly in contact centers.
- Ability to thrive in a call center environment with strong passion and commitment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
Minimum of 3 years in customer service or luxury retail, preferably in contact centers.
