1. Ensure the seamless operation of the Call Center in alignment with the company's business strategy.
2. Handle client requests through phone calls and written communication channels.
3. Drive sales results by initiating outreach communications with clients.

5. Contribute to achieving all sales and KPI targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or luxury retail, particularly in contact centers.
2. Ability to thrive in a call center environment with strong passion and commitment.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
