- Provide exceptional service to both inbound and outbound client channels, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and handling requests with professionalism.
- Promote a commercial mindset by scheduling and managing client appointments, driving results in key category performance areas such as Ready-to-Wear, High-End, and Les Extraordinaires.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying client preferences and following up on inquiries to grow established relationships.
- Navigate complex client inquiries regarding products, services, or special orders with confidence and efficiency, providing accurate information through calls, emails, and chats.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, new products, and external events to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability, working with minimal supervision and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proven track record in building authentic and lasting client relationships.
