1. Represent the brand by providing exceptional client experiences through telephone, email, and chat communications.
2. Conduct client consultations regarding the brand and its entire product range.
3. Handle inbound and outbound telephone consultations.
4. Engage in sales activities.
5. Work five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Associate degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in service or retail sales roles, not limited to call handling.
3. Strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
5. Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in clienteling.
6. Preferred: Proficiency in foreign languages such as English.

3. Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset.
4. Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
