1. Represent the brand by providing exceptional client experiences through phone, email, and chat.
2. Conduct client consultations regarding the brand and all products.
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
4. Engage in sales activities.
5. Availability to work on weekends as part of a 40-hour workweek.

1. Associate degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including service or retail sales roles.
3. Strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to manage inbound and outbound call operations.
5. Preferred experience in clienteling for at least 1 year.
6. Proficiency in foreign languages, such as English, is advantageous.
