Louis Vuitton Client Relations Specialist

- Create and maintain hotel master files for large scale events.
- Serve as on-site support for exceptional events when needed.
- Lead all VIP gifting initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of exceptional experiences for VIP & VIC clients by collaborating with stores and the Paris team.
- Execute and draft client communications for Louis Vuitton Americas.
- Support regions/countries with virtual bridge requests and follow-ups.
- Share best practices to support regional strategies.
- Develop welcome pack collateral for client touchpoints.
- Ensure LV 'Codes & Guidelines' are reflected across all VIC client touchpoints.
- Create recaps and share qualitative information about client experiences.
- Monitor client attendance and journey at various exceptional experiences.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to create new client engagement concepts.
- Hospitality and/or VIP experience
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Acute eye for detail
- Resourceful and innovative
- Strong relationship building skills
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus

Minimum 3 years
USD $85-$90K annually
