1. Create and maintain hotel master files for large-scale events.
2. Provide on-site support for exceptional events as needed.
3. Lead VIP gifting initiatives.
4. Coordinate exceptional experiences for VIP and VIC clients in collaboration with stores and the Paris team.
5. Execute and draft client communications for Louis Vuitton Americas.
6. Support regions and countries with virtual bridge requests and follow-ups.
7. Share best practices to support regional strategies.
8. Develop welcome pack collateral for client touchpoints.
9. Ensure LV 'Codes & Guidelines' are reflected across all VIC client touchpoints in partnership with Regional Client Relations teams.
10. Create recaps and share qualitative information about client experiences.
11. Monitor client attendance and journey at various exceptional experiences in collaboration with the Client Relations Manager.
12. Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to develop new and creative client engagement concepts.

1. Hospitality and/or VIP experience preferred.
2. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to be resourceful and innovative.
4. Strong relationship-building skills.
5. Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Salary range of USD $85-$90K, with a comprehensive benefits package.
