Louis Vuitton Client Relations Manager

- Drive high-end and VIC business across the OC Metro by partnering with store leadership to strengthen client retention and recruit high-potential clients.
- Deliver elevated client experiences through client-focused initiatives and activations.
- Support team development and ensure consistent execution of High-End strategies, product launches, and merchandising priorities.
- Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to grow long-term client relationships and commercial performance.
- Proactively drive High-End sales through in-person and virtual appointments with VIC and high-potential clients.
- Support personalized styling, look books, and tailored client experiences to elevate conversion.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural insights to continuously enhance the client experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local lifestyle, dining, and cultural events to provide elevated recommendations to clients.
- Represent the Maison with the highest level of professionalism while hosting clients in-store and externally.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging market insights and digital tools.
- Ability to drive sales through personalized client interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion and retail environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field is required.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $120,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
