1. Drive high-end and VIC business across the OC Metro by partnering with store leadership to strengthen client retention and recruit high-potential clients.
2. Deliver elevated client experiences through client-focused initiatives and activations.
3. Support team development and ensure consistent execution of High-End strategies, product launches, and merchandising priorities.
4. Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to grow long-term client relationships and commercial performance.
5. Proactively drive High-End sales through in-person and virtual appointments with VIC and high-potential clients.
6. Support personalized styling, look books, and tailored client experiences to elevate conversion.
7. Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural insights to continuously enhance the client experience.
8. Maintain strong knowledge of local lifestyle, dining, and cultural events to provide elevated recommendations to clients.
9. Represent the Maison with the highest level of professionalism while hosting clients in-store and externally.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $120,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
