1. Consolidate regional information and format Excel files and PowerPoint profiles to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Maintain and update client information records to ensure they are current and comprehensive.
3. Facilitate communication with regional teams regarding client and guest appearances.
4. Develop new Excel and PowerPoint templates to enhance process efficiency.
5. Organize event folders to improve collaboration and organization.
6. Update formulas on nomination templates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
7. Support regional teams in event management to ensure successful execution.
8. Analyze client data to identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
9. Maintain and update event details for accuracy and consistency.
10. Order event invitations and ensure their timely delivery.
11. Prepare guidelines for regional teams to clarify event requirements and expectations.
12. Provide logistical support to ensure smooth operations and address client needs.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
3. Willingness to work on-site in New York City or relocate if necessary.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to responsibilities.

1+ years of experience in Retail, Client Relations, or CRM is preferred.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
