1. Oversee the Rochambeau client experience from end to end, including identifying clients and maintaining relationships before, during, and after the experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive long-term client relationships through exceptional experiences at the venue, leveraging emotional engagement to foster brand loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the Client Relations Department to develop a unique Louis Vuitton hospitality program and propose innovative ideas to elevate the client experience.
