- Develop and implement strategies for collecting and analyzing client insights to enhance personalized customer experiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee client insights projects to ensure optimal performance and regular updates to systems and procedures.

- Manage a team of client insights data analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in managing client insights projects, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to handle large volumes of quantitative data.
- Excellent project management and data analysis tool proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in interactions with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
