- Develop and implement client insights strategies to enhance personalized customer experiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee client insights projects to ensure optimal performance and regular updates of systems and procedures.
- Analyze client insights to identify improvement opportunities and optimize marketing strategies and customer services.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and implement corrective actions to meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client insights initiatives with the Maison's overall objectives and develop new features and services.
- Manage a team of client insights data analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Significant experience in managing client insights projects, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets.
- Expertise in project management tools, data analysis, and client insights technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with adaptability to diverse interlocutors.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, precision, and creativity.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client insights project management, ideally in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
