1. Develop and implement client insights strategies to enhance personalized customer experiences.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee client insights projects to ensure optimal performance and regular updates of systems and procedures.
3. Analyze client insights to identify improvement opportunities and optimize marketing strategies and customer services.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and implement corrective actions to meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align client insights initiatives with the Maison's overall objectives and develop new features and services.
6. Manage a team of client insights data analysts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent from a reputable institution.
2. Significant experience in managing client insights projects, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets.
2. Expertise in project management tools, data analysis, and client insights technologies.
3. Excellent communication skills with adaptability to diverse interlocutors.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
6. Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, precision, and creativity.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client insights project management, ideally in the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
