- Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer insights, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects aimed at developing and implementing customer insights-based solutions, ensuring regular updates to systems and procedures for optimal performance.
- Analyze customer insights to identify improvement opportunities and optimize marketing strategies and customer services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of customer insights initiatives, implementing corrective action plans to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer insights initiatives align with the overall objectives of the brand, contributing to the development of new features and services to meet customer expectations and maximize operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of customer insights data analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in managing customer insights projects, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large volumes of numerical data with precision.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and customer insights technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various interlocutors.
- Strong capability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with a focus on excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in managing customer insights projects, ideally within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
