1. Collaborate closely with business specialists from various departments such as Merchandising and Retail to address their client data analysis needs, including data collection, auditing, and analysis.
2. Define and monitor specific KPIs to measure engagement performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Work closely with the client data team to define, develop, and industrialize the client BI and analytics capital, aiming to harmonize data usage across business teams.
4. Lead the network of data analysts across regions by facilitating data usage through training, support, and encouraging collaboration.
5. Develop data visualizations to monitor performance effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and SQL, ideally with client data in a luxury or retail context.

1. Proficiency in data visualization.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a non-technical audience.
3. Strong collaboration skills with business teams.
4. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in data analysis, particularly with client data, in a luxury or retail environment is required.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
