1. Collaborate closely with business specialists across departments such as Merchandising and Retail to address client data analysis needs, including data collection, auditing, and analysis.
2. Define and monitor specific KPIs to measure engagement performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Work in tandem with the client data team to define, develop, and industrialize the client BI and analytics capital, aiming to harmonize data usage across business teams.
4. Lead and support a network of data analysts across regions, facilitating data usage through training, support, and collaboration encouragement.
5. Develop data visualizations to monitor performance effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in Engineering, Business School, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and SQL, preferably in a luxury or retail context.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with business teams.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to non-technical audiences.
3. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in data analysis and SQL, ideally within the luxury or retail sectors.
