1. Collaborate closely with business specialists across departments such as Merchandising and Retail to address their client data analysis needs, including data collection, auditing, and analysis.
2. Define and monitor precise KPIs to measure engagement performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Work in tandem with the client data team to define, develop, and industrialize the client BI and analytics capital, aiming to harmonize data usage across business teams.
4. Lead the network of data analysts across regions, facilitating data utilization through training, support, and encouraging collaboration.
5. Develop data visualizations to monitor performance effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and SQL, preferably with client data in a luxury or retail context.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with business teams.
4. Proficiency in data visualization.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to a non-technical audience.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
