Louis Vuitton Client Insights Data Analyst Lead

- Analyze customer trends and conduct in-depth studies on client profiles and behaviors to identify loyalty and growth opportunities.
- Define and monitor precise KPIs to measure the performance of commercial actions and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of targeted CRM campaigns, oversee their implementation, and analyze their outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with business specialists from various departments to address their customer data analysis needs and optimize business opportunities.
- Lead the network of regional correspondents in enhancing their customer knowledge by providing training, simplified reports, and support for ad hoc analyses.
- Develop data visualizations to monitor performance.
- Regularly present analyses and recommendations to EMEA leadership teams.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis with strong SQL skills.
- Experience in customer insights, ideally within a retail context.
- Proven experience collaborating with business teams.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Expertise in data analysis and SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
A minimum of 5 years in data analysis, with a focus on customer insights and collaboration with business teams.
