1. Monitor customer trends and conduct in-depth studies on client profiles and behaviors to identify growth and retention opportunities.

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis with strong SQL skills.
2. Experience in client insights, preferably within a retail context.
3. Proven experience collaborating with business teams.
4. Fluency in English and French.
