- Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer profiles and behaviors in both retail and e-retail environments.
- Transform demographic, transactional, and engagement data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Measure commercial performance using precise KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor targeted Clienteling campaigns, analyze their results, and collaborate with various departments to optimize business opportunities.
- Lead regional correspondents in enhancing customer knowledge through training and support.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Team Managers, contributing to business development and supporting sales teams with localized clienteling reporting.
- Collaborate with the Training team to leverage clienteling tools for building long-term client relationships.
- Create and implement specific action plans to proactively drive business growth.
- Report on client evolution and clienteling KPIs on a regular basis for Front and DPCA teams.
- Manage audience creation for EMEA-wide and local activities for Front and DPCA teams.
- Collaborate with performance experts to ensure accurate reporting of clienteling campaign conversions.
- Manage clienteling time with RTA based on project priorities.
- Develop data visualizations for performance monitoring.
- Act as the project owner for Icons and Power BI initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training on tools, including Icons device distribution and usage.
- Streamline internal request processes and manage incoming Icons requests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer marketing.
- Proven expertise in SQL; familiarity with Dataiku is advantageous.
- Ability to present analyses strategically, both orally and via PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with non-data specialists.
