Louis Vuitton Client Experience Manager

- Oversee the management of contact channels and order processing tools within the global Client Services team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define operational and functional requirements.
- Manage the team responsible for digital channel projects and initiatives.
- Work with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare business presentations for executive reviews and technical development discussions.
- Monitor the development and integration roadmap of tools and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct strategic analysis of tool evolution and propose continuous improvements.
- Ensure effective deployment and adoption of new functionalities by end users.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on existing processes and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2C client services within the luxury sector, with international exposure.
- Proven ability to anticipate and identify client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong adaptability and agility with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Significant team management experience.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 10 years in B2C client services, preferably within the luxury industry and with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
