- Oversee the management of contact channels and order processing tools within the global Client Services department.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define operational and functional requirements, ensuring tools are developed to meet these needs.
- Evaluate business needs and their evolution related to the role's activities.
- Lead the team responsible for channel and digital project management.
- Work with Product Owners and other teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare business presentations for executive committees and technical development reviews.
- Monitor the development and integration roadmap of tools.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of tool evolution and propose continuous improvements.
- Ensure alignment with business needs, deployment, and effective adoption of new features by end-users, including coordinating necessary training.
- Assess the impact of changes on existing processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C Client Services within the luxury sector, with international exposure.
- Proven ability to anticipate and identify client needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Significant experience in team management.
- Excellent adaptability and agility.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in B2C Client Services, particularly within the luxury industry, with a focus on international markets.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
